This is intended to be a 'discussion topic' where Powerpoint Songs with Lyrics can be posted.  If you have made a powerpoint to a song, please post it here.  Previously, I posted a PPT song in relation to the specific lesson, but I thought it would be nice to have a repository of PPT songs to draw upon.  If you have made any of these (convert an .mp3 to a .wav and attach it to the first slide) please consider sharing them here.

There seems to be no reliable way to sync a PPT to music, so with these you must mouse 'click' at each appropriate interval.  I've timed the 'animations' within each slide to correspond with the lyrics, but it may take a few practice runs to intuit when to click through to the next slide.

These worked really well during my Winter camp.  I reformatted the text to make it easier to read, and the file is here.  I also made PPTs with Music.  I practiced with text versions first, and had the students then sing along.  On the last day of class, we had a singing contest.  I brought in a mike and an amp, and the first prize was a 4 Gig USB stick that I loaded with English language movies with English subtitles, disney music, audiobooks, Powerpoints, Beginner grammar worksheets, English games for a Nintendo DS crack chip, etc.  The students were great at singing and loved it.

Let's Go Fly a Kite, a song that works well in many situations.  The construction "Let's do (someting) is frequently used in the txtbks.  It's also a great song for associating words with pictures and enabling students to visualize concepts in English without reference to Korean terms, which do not always have a 1:1 correlation. 

Thanks for the kind words Allansuwon.  This song was originally done to enliven an "It's time to Go Home" lesson, but it has other uses as well. The children appreciate having the concept and the word pictured together in digestible bits, and a catchy tune to back it up doesn't hurt either (also does great to lift your spirits in the classroom!).  I have more of these scattered about and will continue to post them here, and appreciate the other additions to this thread.

Everybody Eats When They Come to My House by Cab Calloway
This was originally done for a lesson on Thanksgiving that featured an inane dialogue about shoes in the house.  The text only version can be used to rehearse the lyrics and learn the vocabulary through visual association (rather than Korean language translation).  Mastering the flow of the language is one of the things learned in singing: A co-teacher may persist in trying to render everything in Korean, but it may be the better part of wisdom to allow the words to go by without translation or complete comprehension.
