Looking forward to the game, how's the Yu-Gi-Oh template coming along anyway?

I went a little overboard with the game, but I'm planning to post it Sunday night.  Along with a Pokemon V2

A vocab sheet and role-play. It is a shame that role play is not a part of this book, as my students love role play. I created one for them to do.

Another to follow with the scenery/setting directions in Korean. My CT is working on it.

EDIT: Just wanted everyone to know, my students are mid to low level and they were able to do the role play in the 1st lesson (that I created). It went over well. I had some of my own concerns but they did it well and enjoyed it. If your students are used to doing role play or are not church mouses, this will go over well.

Listening game:  4 corners with teams
Use the picture cards on p201.  There are 8.  Make a team for each card.  So, for example, the students in team "notebook" should each be holding the picture of the notebook.  Place 4 book characters on the walls.  The teams split up and choose a book character to stand under.  Then, randomly assign each item to a character.  Read the sentences, such as, "Whose umbrella is this?  It's Minu's."  Then, if any of team "umbrella" is standing under the picture of Minu, they hold up their cards and get one point for each person.  Do that for all the items, then allow the students to find a new place to stand and repeat.

Speaking game:
Give each student two small squares of paper.  Each student should choose 2 items from the vocabulary and draw them.  Then, group the students.  In each group, the students put their drawings face down in the middle.  Each student is trying to guess who drew each picture.  If they guess correctly, they take that picture out of the middle and keep it as a point.  The 1st student will choose a picture from the middle, and say "Whose ____ is it?  Is it yours?" as he/she indicates another student in the group.  The other student then says "Yes, it is" or "No, it isn't."  Students should be careful not to let other students see their drawings before the game begins.

A worksheet I created teaching which pronoun goes with has or have. Free feel to make it more attractive with graphics and repost, right now it's just black and white.

And here is a Mario Game and Guess What game (I melded two different types of guessing within the game, but should be fine). Both are probably suitable more for earlier periods, i.e. 1-3, as the sentences are fairly simple.

Hey guys, book mark this site....  And at the beginning of every Lesson (Chapter) check the site and see if there's a pertaining video for that Lesson.
These are  "Gogo's" cartoon, each about 5-6 minutes long, teaching some aspect of English.  It's perfect for our classes.   (Except they speak that funny accent  ;)   )

Now, I know it's pretty slow on waygook with the amount of materials that are being posted, but fear not... after a couple months, once people learn how to make games and whatnot,  there will be such an onslaught of bomb games, etc... being uploaded, that you can  literally plan the entire chapter's lessons, all in one shot.

I used the speaking game for my first period and it was a hit! Thanks for the great idea, I love it when my kids feel confident using the target language.
