Here is a pororo game which I will use for period 4.  I borrowed some of the images from Plaguemonkey's mario game.

Hi there!

Here is a very short YouTube clip that works well as an introduction to the Lesson (module).
It's a Budweiser commercial...

Enjoy the lesson!

Please people, for the love of God DO NOT show your children a Budweiser commercial. Here are some better videos that go along with the same theme that are more appropriate for elementary school.

The mario bomb game went really well with my 5th grade classes!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D  I have classes of 30, so the way we made each team participate was by using dice. We first roll the dice to see who picks the number first, then have all groups write the answer. Then my co-teacher and I roll again to see which table will answer. if the group gets the wrong answer, then we roll again to see which table will answer. It seems to keep all students on their toes and keeps them involved.

A whiteboard activity for the 3rd period.  (I'm having the students write in their notebooks, though.)  Ss must unscramble the vocabulary word, correctly conjugate it, and write the whole sentence.  Using it tomorrow, so don't have any feedback yet!

Glad the Mario bomb game worked well, Dafinder.

Here is a basic PPT I'll use for the Talk & Act activity on page 29

Here's another song that my students really liked that goes along with this lesson. I used it last year as well with equal success :)

Hello all,

I have added a story PPT and worksheet for the 'reading' section of the book related to the Unit. My students really enjoyed it. I hope it is useful to some of you.

Cheers

Unscramble the Sentence activity for period 6, using the sentence cards sentences for the Have Fun activity on page 35.
