i'm not sure this goes here, but it's pretty close. just a ppt teaching the difference between when to use 'some' and 'any.' could be useful for this lesson.

I changed some of the questions around to make it easier for my 1st period class, as well as including some review questions from the first 2 lessons.

Also, the korean translation you have for hot means temperature hot. Spicy is 매워요. ;)

To practice the vocabulary for the first period, I will be playing "soccer" using the attached .swf and the textbook flash cards.  Split the class into 2 teams, have a student from each team play rock scissors paper.  The losing teams Ss asks the question, with the winning Ss answering.  The quality of the answer determines the distance to move the ball.  If a team is misbehaving you can call a penalty and move the ball in the opposite direction.

I made a bingo game for the reading part of the lesson.

The sheet has 3 different bingo versions.

In the blank squares at the top each student writes 8 food names (give them a selection of 8 to choose from) in whichever order they want.

Then ask a student "Do you want some more tacos?". The student answers with one of the answers below tacos on their sheet. E.g. "yes, please. It's delicious". Then everyone crosses off tacos and delicious. Bingo is a line of 8 up or across.

To practice the fact that "too" is negative, I am getting my students to answer "yes, please" for very and "no, thanks" for too.

Here is a simple fill-in the blank menu. Students can fill-in the food vocabulary, make there own prices, and then do a role play of a restaurant asking for more/ describing food. It's pretty simple but can be used in multiple ways.

Here's a short prezi I made about foods from around the world. I tried to choose at least one food per continent. Most of the foods chosen were national dishes.

A ppt game I used for Lesson 3.4. It's a word scramble game where I got the kids into groups and the fastest one to write down the correct answer got a point. They loved it yet were INSANELY competitive and I thought punches were going to be thrown at one stage  ;)
