Pizza Lunch for Class
« on: April 19, 2012, 08:11:21 am »
I'm thinking about rewarding a homeroom class with a pizza party! I'm with middle school boys.

I'm wondering if anybody has any experience with this. (Deals with pizza places for buying in bulk?) Also, do you think two slices a boy, plus a banana, is enough? They're kind of growing, but I want to save as much money as possible  :P

Ask the homeroom teacher to help you out.  My school has two particular pizza and chicken places that we order from so we get good deals.  2 slices should be fine unless you're planning to do it during lunchtime.  They'll appreciate it either way.

Aw, our school doesn't have any special relationships with people around us. :'(

How big is the class? I've never done pizza with a class larger than six. A bag of mini chocolate bars works a lot better to reward a large class.

A class has about 40 students.  :o
I'm thinking about leaving the school with a bit of a bang by using my version of Wintermute's scavenger hunt. It's a school wide competition that should last a little bit over a week. I don't think they'd get into the competition with mini-chocolate as the incentive XD
