Here's a Spongebob game reviewing lessons 1, 2 and 3.

Super easy to edit the questions to suit your lessons.

Thanks to Kyle Ludeke  for the original template.

That Spongebob game is BEAUTIFUL. I had third graders peeking over my shoulder and begging to play it. I might just have to adapt it to review their stuff too. :D

My kids just went bananas for the SpongeBob game.  Aside from changing a few questions, I left it exactly as is.  Didn't know there was sound on it until I played it with my first class today.  This was amazing.  Thank you so much for sharing!

Hi guys, I just made a short review test for my high level grade one class on lessons 6, 7, 8 & 9 for our second semester mid-terms.

Hope someone can use it!

Hey everyone,

I made this bomb game for grade one lessons 8, 9 and 10.

It's a Looney Tunes bomb game. Took me ages to make the template and now I finally have time to use it :D

The questions are based off my lessons so some questions may not suit what you have taught.

Feel free to try it out.

Hey guys, my grade 1's are writing final exams on lessons 9, 10 and special lesson 2.  I made up these worksheets to review lesson 9 & 10 this week.
There are three different word games and then 5 pretty easy questions - the last one is a speaking exercise where they have to make up a dialogue and then present it to me.  I teach pretty high level classes, and my first group to try this had about 4 students finish all 4 pages in half an hour.  My lowest level girl was still on the word search, but she's not very motivated and might just not enjoy word games.  Tomorrow I have a mixed level class of about 30 students, and I will give them the worksheets one by one so that the low level kids can just do what they are able to get through, and the high level kids will probably get through most of them.
Anyway, hope they are of some use to you!

Here is the link to the wordsearch: file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/OWNER/%EB%B0%94%ED%83%95%20%ED%99%94%EB%A9%B4/INPYEONG/Inpyeong%202013/Grade%201/Final%20tests%20review/Word%20Search%20Puzzle.htm

So this week I've been doing a really simple sentence race game with the students to review some vocabulary before the exams.

prep work: prepare a list of review words.
Write each word on two pieces of paper. that means writing each word twice.
organise the paper into two bundles or put them in two envelopes. so you have 2 sets of identical words.
Split the class into 2. Get them to create a team name and write them on the board.
give each team a set of words.
Tell them they have a couple of minutes to think of a sentence that contains that word (minimum of 5 words in a sentence. obviously you can change the rules)
Then you call out one of the words. two students (one from each team) will stand up and race to the board and write their sentence (no books, no notes only memory) Give hints if needed for lower level students. Help with spelling etc.
basically the first student with t a correct and clearly written sentence will get a point.

I then move on to round two with harder words and 2 words that must be in the  sentence. The students get no prep time for this but the points go up. there are only 9 sets of words so the students can volunteer or you can use a name list and pick at random.

the attachments: the first one is the words for the groups. 15 words so 30 in total. add more if you have larger classes.
The second file is the same words printed bigger for the teacher to hold up when choosing the players. and the second set of words is for round 2.

It's going over well with the kids, they really get into it. plus its a nice change from using a computer.

Here are my worksheets for reviewing lessons 4 & 5.  Pretty straight-forward, but I think it might take some kids the whole lesson to finish both pages.  I didn't get to use the worksheets I made (and posted here) for lessons 1-3, so I will use those one week, and these the next.

Here is an Angry Birds bomb game for reviewing lessons 4 and 5.

Questions: prepositions, directions, ability and permission.

All questions are based off my lessons, but you can easily edit them.
