Spent a little bit of time on this one, but I really like the format.  It's a simple hangman game for PPT.  The letters dissolve when clicked, the hangman gets more complete as the kids choose the wrong letters, and it's pretty easy to customize for shorter or longer words.

I threw in two opening screens, depending on your students' ages.  One's a cartoony Western theme for the younger kids, the other has an evil-looking swinging noose for the older kids.

This would be great for a reward or time filler.  I've tested it and haven't found any problems (although the buttons to activate both arms require two clicks...can't figure that one out).  If you come across any issues, let me know.
