Here is a game that my kids enjoyed for the first lesson.  Students sit in a circle, and each one has a card for an activity.  They pretend to do that activity, and then the student next to them tells them not to do it.  They go around the circle until it's been completed.  Then they switch cards with another student and do it again.

They had a lot of fun with it, and it gets everyone to speak and listen.

Made a new Cowboys template but I forgot to include the music at the start, included lots of gifs for the game and the vocabulary power point.

Here is a Ling Bingo Game that I made to use with Period 1 for this lesson. It uses the Speak and Play cards from page 27 in the back of the book. Instructions included on the PPT. You could play this one about three times before it gets old.

I edited a popular template into a Find the Pokemon team writing game.

When I play this game I divide into groups of 4 and have each team write 4 words/sentences (each student writes 1 item) on whiteboards. They earn/lose points based on the pokemon. You can make it more fun by having 2 teams win - highest and lowest points.
