I made this original power point game for a food lesson in a 5th grade book.  It could be easily modified for any kind of food/restaurant lesson you are doing.  Pretty self-explanatory except for the older gentleman waiter. Under the platter is either rotten food or delicious food.  All the students from the opposing teams ask, "Would you like some more?" and the team who's turn it is must answer "Yes, please" or "No, thank you." If you get rotten food go to the hospital, loose points.  If you get delicious food you have a x2 option.  The way I played a team could use the x2 option once for a single earned point value, not on their total score.  If the get 75 points on a later turn, they can use it and make it 150.  If they already have a x2 and find another one before they use the first one, it becomes x4.  Of course you can change the game and make the rotten/delicious food whatever you want.
