A short practice PPT and a speaking game.

To play the game, students put their eraser on the circle and flick it. Where the eraser lands, students have to say the appropriate dialog
Example:
Who is she?
She is my mom.
She is beautiful.

When the student completes the dialog, the student gets the number of points in the square. Most points wins.

This game can be adapted to other lessons as well.

It covers the basic expressions.

Someone else made this Where's the Monkey game, but I can't seem to track them down to attribute proper credit. It's pretty great, so thank you, whoever you are! Kids (or teams) take turns choosing items to read, and if they find the monkey, they get a point. I found that the kids were getting a little restless after a few rounds and losing teams were losing interest, so I added bananas behind some panels as a "guess again" mechanic to speed things up and give the kids something else to get excited about.

I've also attached a PDF with the play script for the lesson, in case you needed that but didn't have access to the CD resources.

Here is a ppt with review from the first lesson I've done with the little ones as well as a "Last Man Standing - Telepathy" game.
How to play:
I let all students stand up.
They must read both sentences with teacher (speaking is important and the game does not continue until we all say it together)
After reading/saying it (I've added picture clues for those who can't read), I say "Ready, ACTION"
Students have 5 seconds to choose their sentence by doing the matching action at the end of the sentence (touch nose or both hands on knees)
I then say FREEZE.  They may not change actions or speak. Anyone who moves is out and must sit down (It sounds cruel but having 30 Grade 3 kids shout and hop up and down at the same time can be quite noisy and crazy and takes a serious toll on the teachers' voice so we need rules and we stick to them.  I usually only have to make one example out of someone who doesn't listen and they follow the rules quite well afterwards)
Once all students are "frozen" we check to see which sentence is the winner.
Whoever did the matching action remains standing and the others must sit down. They are out.
Whoever remains standing at the end of the round gets rewarded - I'm not fond of stuffing the kids with candy so I give them a stamp on their hands.  Playing this in teams are not advised because the kids get smart and start manipulating the outcome by instructing one half to do the one action and the other half the other action.  I suggest it be played as individuals.
For round number 2 everyone gets to stand up again and the whole class plays.

It is also a game that the kids who are really bad at English can play because winning relies purely on luck.  It they did the corresponding action they could win.

1. Find the Stars Modified.
Thanks for the awesome game, I just added a bomb and rock/scissor/paper element to it and dividing the class into 3 teams.
If they land on rock scissor paper they play against the teacher.

2. Guessing game- Pairs.
Each pair gets 6 cards - mother, grandmother, sister and father, grandfather, brother.
on the back it is written she or he.

Kinds place the cards face down so the only clue they have is whether it is a HE/SHE.
The opponent asks who is He/She and the student must guess.
1answer right = 1 point.

Lesson 2: Descriptions (tall, handsome, beautiful, cute)

I used the cards provided on the CD and printed out a pack for every 4 students.

1. (listening 5-8 minutes)
I made a ppt game. I chose a card and say eg: "She is cute".
There are 2 probable pictures for each sentence so students place their pen on which one they think it is.
The they ask me "Who is she?"
and I say "She is my friend".
I then click on the card and there is either a STAR, BOMB or PSY behind it.
STAR = 1 BOMB = -1 PSY =3
The students that go it right then get a point accordingly.

Game 2.
Speaking. (8 minutes)
Same as activity in the book. One student picks a card and describes the person.
Students ask who is he/she
the student one says she is my mom or whatever.
Placing pen on the correct card gets 1 point!
