I do some weekly "Brain Benders" basically little word or picture puzzles, post all of my lesson materials (J.L. Haas 3rd Grade, YBM 2014 2nd Grade), and keep them updated on the latest happenings for our English department. I also throw on some TED Talks and 'Song of the Week!' Check it out!

I also have a facebook account for my students. Right now I have about 25% of them online so I can connect with them on a daily basis if anything important comes up (like our crazy schedule change today that will affect 5 classes' grades). I post pictures, #100happydays, and what I am reading for them to see and check out in our library.

Great! Thank you :)

BTW I love the picture of the kid with the "Up Yours" shirt! :)
I had a 4 year old come to class here in Japan with a shirt that said "**** You Buddy!" :)
