What Are You Writing About For Your School's Newspaper?
« on: July 14, 2014, 11:39:42 am »
So I've written about trying to make it through middle school, and I've written about different methods to learn English, and now I'm thinking about writing about some personal experiences I've had here in Korea (with Korean gangsters, racism or travelling).

What are you all writing about for your school newspaper? Maybe you guys will have an idea that will inspire me to write about something else.

I'm glad I don't have to write for any school paper.

Ways of identifying propaganda.  That should give them something to think about.

I wrote about traveling around little towns in Gangwon and Gyeongsang. Apparently I've been to more of Korea than most of my coworkers and students have.

Before that I made a list of the ten most interesting questions the students had asked me that semester and tried to answer them. Most of them had nothing to do with English. I think my favorite was "Why is 13 so scary?"
