Here is a Vocab and Expressions ppt from last year's textbook...thanx to the original creators...included is a zombie virus game for period 1.

For period 2 I adjusted the expressions to suite this textbook..review and Hot Seat game.

For period 3 or 4 I've attached Sodoku worksheet.

This is the project I plan to do... my students are getting really bored with the textbook so I wanted to do something different.

I made this tab booklet all based on the lesson How often do you exercise.
I plan to do one tab page per lesson so that by the end they have made one booklet !

I made two grid games.

Under the Sea is a standard grid game for points, bombs etc.

Happy Bunnies is based off user Envie's game and involves students standing up and moving around the room.

Made them both myself, enjoy!

Here is another game I made this afternoon. It's Baskin Robbins with a twist. The student that reaches 31 has to choose a mystery box.

I haven't used it yet so please let me know if there are any bugs.

Many thanks to Hoell711 on another thread, I have used this in a number of my classes and my students (much to my surprise love it).

It's fairly self explanatory: Hand out a card to each student. Start with the first card and have that student read it aloud.
The student who has the card with the answer then reads that answer and asks the next question (on the same card).

This is a great listening exercise

I made this for Funtime.

Use the powerpoint to suit your own needs...there is a short telepathy game afterwards consisting of 6 slides.

Angry birds uno stolen from another thread. Bit of a rush job, but I was pressed for time.

The kids still enjoyed it and asked to play again next time.

Edit: Ninja Battle. Idea / PPT stolen from CARLYMLOVELAND. Students each get one half of a sheet (2 boards). You can do this as a listening activity (teacher picks phrases) or as a Reading & Speaking game.

If playing the latter, Sts play RPS in their team. Winner picks a phrase. Repeat til there's a winner.

How often do you:
brush your teeth, play computer games, exercise, clean your room, wash your hands, eat fast food, eat breakfast etc...
