Here are two Madlibs games that I created for my 6th grade class. I used it for lesson 10 - Jake is Stronger than Sejun. It could be used as a filler lesson.
I printed the pages back to back. Then I had the students fold the paper in half. They wrote in all the answers (I didn't want them reading the story before it was time). Then they filled in the blanks. After, I had the students pick one sentence and draw a picture. My students are average, with a few high level kids, so it took them almost the entire class period to complete the assignment.
