Here is a Christmas themed Physical Exercise Lesson.

The PPT attached includes a lesson plan and instructions to play two games:

Evil Octopus Santa and the Christmas Elves
Students line up on one side of the room, they are the elves. One student stands in the center of the room, they are the octopus. The elves must run to the opposite side of the room without being tagged. The octopus can move anywhere. Once an elf has been tagged they become a Christmas tree. Christmas trees cannot move but they can tag other elves and change them to Christmas trees. The last elf remaining is the winner.

Snowmen Vs. Reindeer
Divide the students into two groups. One group are reindeer and one group are snowmen. Give the sports bibs to one team to wear. Give the ball to one team, they must pass the ball successfully ten times to score a point for their team. The ball must be thrown and it cannot be dropped. If it is dropped then the ball must be given to the other team. The students cannot tackle or make contact with other players, but they can block and intercept passes.
