Here is a game I used for Lesson 13 for my sixth graders.  I split them into two teams, and had one person go at a time.
I wrote on the board, "Hello.  ________ speaking." And they had to say that prompt, filling in the blank with whatever famous person was on the screen.  Once they said that, I would go to the next slide, and they would have to say, "He/She is sick.  He/She has a _____________." and say whatever ailment the non-famous person on that slide had.  If the kids said it correctly, I let them roll a dice for points.
The different sicknesses are cold, backache, stomachache, toothache, earache, headache, broken arm, and broken leg.
I picked people that were famous in Korea, and I let the kids have help from their team mates if they needed it, basing the points more off of the dice roll than correct attempts.
They like seeing the different famous people and groups.
The game could be made harder by having the prompt be longer, for example, "She can't come to school today because she is sick.  She has a ________."
I spent about 10 or 15 minutes on it at the end of class.

You can also try out these, they worked well in my classes last week.

Here is a pass the pencil case game I made from one of the Rufus templates. Pretty simple. Make a sentence or unscramble the sentence. I always add extra words to the unscramble so it is not too easy. Hope it helps.

A twist on the Pass the Pencil Case game.  Since it is around Halloween season when most students start this chapter, why not play some scary Halloween music in the background whilst they play.  Search the major download sites such as BTJunkie or Isohunt and you should find some mp3 files.

I wrote up the lyrics to icnelly's song. You could do a gap fill exercise or just have them sing it. I'm going to have my students listen without the lyrics and try to tell me what "I cannot ______ because ______" they hear.

Some materials I plan to use for 13.1.

For the video, I will use it as an introduction and play 3 minutes (after the 20 seconds video introduction) up to the wizard conversation.

good pp for 1st period

I made this last year, it's a game called Call The Doctor to practice telephone language. 

I get one team of 5-6 students to sit up in front of the TV, they roll a dice and depending on what they roll they call one of six numbers, they then have to recite the dialogue that comes up.  Only one of the numbers gets through to the doctor, the others are all the same wrong number dialogue.  The idea is to get through to the doctor before the timer runs out and they die.

Better for the end of the second/fourth period, definitely not something you want to whip on them right at the start. 

Also a ppt I made last year with various ailments.  The diarrhea one always gets a laugh.
