It is created 90% in PowerPoint. Once each section is complete its compiled into HTML 5 / Java.
There is 5 separate PowerPoint presentations
Main boards x2
bonus board
rolling wheels (both are on a single presentation. They will be split in version 2 for better placement options)
and
The final game (credits / Instructions / +4 compiled presentations)
Each sections is saved by themselves and compiled. The compiled presentations are injected into a slide of the final game.
I then take the whole presentation including all the forced injections and recompile the whole thing as a self running HTML / Java program.
I have add the original .pptx for you to download and check out at
https://www.sendspace.com/file/ogrhu9 If you try and run it via PowerPoint page 5 will show up as blank. It still needs to be compiled before it can be used. However in PowerPoint you can still see the outlines of the injected presentations layout on page 5, they are just not usable until after it has been compiled.
Placement is a pain in the butt you need to compile it each time to check the placement of the injections to make sure they don't overlap.
* Pro tip the loading screens don't actually do anything they are just PowerPoint sides designed to look like loading screens click the screen to skip the loading screen :) *
Golden tickets will be changed in a latter version as well, they will eventually lead to a jeopardy style board where you can answer questions for bonus points.
You seeing a different name in our website title is exactly why it is called what it is :) Its a fun name that makes people double check what they have just read :)
