Hey everyone, new to waygook.org and thought I'd post a few useful teaching links.

This is a useful website full of lesson plans and ideas and resources.  It's a lot to slog through so it's best to search through a little bit at a time.
http://community.eflclassroom.com/

This is a sister site to the one before and is a simplified version with lesson plans and resources.
http://teachingrecipes.com/

You can create multiple choice quiz games through this site.  Easy to use and great for review or just as a stand alone lesson!  Put your kids in teams and get them to guess using whiteboards.  Like the "Golden Bell" game show here in Korea

barryfunenglish.com is often a lifesaver.  Although many things are free on the site, it is definitely worth the subscription fee.

http://kids.nationalgeographic.com/kids/

this is not a teaching link, but my students enjoy our weekly segment from national geographic. we take 15 min each class to either watch a video + questions or read a short passage on some interesting facts.
