Hey, here's some links that I've found useful.

Good materials resource for phonics and elementary level students

www.twinkl.co.uk
Materials website. Also great for phonics and elementary- but it has different subjects.

mrspancake.com
Again, best for elementary. There's also a lot of stuff for bulletin boards if you make those.

www.eslkidstuff.com
Games. Games. Games. There are games for all levels, and they're easy to adapt to what you need.

www.handwritingworksheets.com
If you need kids to practice writing/ tracing, this is a great way to easily make your worksheets. The downside is I haven't found a way to save them... but I honestly haven't looked that hard.
