Then, I used this Prezi to introduce the concepts of computer/phone rage, leading to a instructions on how to complain about a faulty computer or phone:

After a drill practice with the students, I handed out a worksheet (attached). They had to complete this work sheet in their own time, and then use it in connection with the target dialogue.
