Does anybody use esl-lounge.com?

Does anybody use this site for materials, lesson plans or ideas? I know there's so much stuff to get free of charge on-line but if I can get good, structured guidance for new material which will help me and benefit students then I'm happy to pay a fee. Any feedback would be welcomed.
