This site has two free activities which you can customise yourself.  They have to be played on line, but once bookmarked are available to you indefinitely.

Quizbuster is really Blockbuster, as seen on British TV for many years.  It is quick and easy to make using whatever vocab you are working on.  My students love it, either as a plenary to revise vocabulary or as an afterschool class game.  It's so quick and simple to use that you can get students to each write one or two questions and answers themselves, then you type them in, save the quiz and play.

Wordsearch is also simple to set up.  Just type in your word list then let students come up to the interactive white board and pick out the hidden word.
