Any ideas out there for Career Class Intermediate High School Level

Hi-  I have two classes teaching 'Career' at the high school level.  The first lesson I did with them was a little under their level, and the 2nd lesson was a little higher than their level.  Anyone have any good lesson plans for intermediate Career planning at the High School level?  Also, I would love to hear ideas for topics to cover or games to play with them.  This is stressing me out a little so any help is appreciated!!
