Hot Seat - 30 Minute PPT Game (Fantasy Creatures / Characters)

Low level high school girls dig this one. The standard "backs to the board" game. Divide class into teams of 4. Two can't see the screen, two can. Those who can have to elicit the name of the character / creature on the screen without using Korean or any actions (eg Spiderman web-throwing, etc). Some Korean TV characters make it more interesting (I've left "HELP!" with the ones that I know nothing about - use this as an opportunity to get your class to educate you, in English, of course ;)

The (hilarious viral) video is a girl after too much anaesthetic talking about unicorns.

love the powerpoint. Just wanted to point out that Lisa is not Bart's brother, she's Bart's sister (I assume it's just a typo).

And also 짱구 is actually a Japanese comic character, he has a white fluffy dog, a pervertive father and a violent mother (it sounds bad, but it's suppose to be funny) 짱구 himself is also kind of pervertive...but I don't think these are words the kids should learn about. (wiki about 짱구: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crayon_Shin-chan)

Hey yeah, thanks - forgot to point out the brother / sister thing. I usually get the class to correct me on that one. "just checking if you're awake" backfired this time!
