I found this lesson in the University section and changed it a bit for my advanced high school students (grade 1s).  Thanks Brian, for posting the original there.

It's a two week lesson, I divided the colour idioms in half (20 week 1, then 18 week 2) and will have students prepare a dialogue using 2 random idioms, a random place and a random situation (they'll draw these from boxes).  They'll prepare their dialogues with their partner week 1, and present week 2. After they present I'll go over the last 18 idioms.  I tried to choose the 20 I thought they'd enjoy most/be more likely to use in their own lives for the first week.

We'll be starting this lesson next week.

This is really great!  I have two classes of higher level students that this will be perfect for.  Thanks!

The lesson went really well!  It's actually going to take us 3 weeks because during the second week we had to spend the first 15 minutes of class working on something unrelated.  The students are doing really well: some of their dialogues are really creative!

I found some of the slides in the ppt. difficult to explain (blackmail, grey area).  I'm attaching a modified/improved version.  It has a few more pictures, and I think clearer definitions.
