The Gwangju guidebook lists two.
Christian Medical Center has a confirmed english speaker. http://www.cmh.or.kr . The book says to ask for Eun Heung Seok, and she is available on Tuesday afternoons.

The other is at Chosun University Hospital. http://hosp.chosun.ac.kr/eng . Doesn't give a name or any further details.
