I usually reserve the creative lessons for the second grade. I notice that first grade students who haven't had a lot of exposure to western style education struggle with topics like this. That said, I stole this idea and the primary PowerPoint from lokmannorman. Great idea and awesome PowerPoint. I made some edits and added some to make it a more structured lesson. Cheers!
