This song isn't an exact match for this lesson, but it does have the sentence structure: Do you have a ~? I have a ~

Guaranteed to have the kids meowing, woofing, squeaking, and tweeting by the end of the song.

I'm teaching period 4 of this lesson next week and the lesson looks a bit sparse.
For anyone who's looking for a little something extra, go to the "old books" section of the grade 3 index and check out "Book 2."
Author and Publisher: Frances Sohn, 천재교육 (Cheonjae)
Lesson 5 is "I have a crayon." I used this one last year and used a lot of the activities posted.
I found some useful items like a pass the ball game. My changes to the ppts weren't really worthy of reposting and taking up space, but it's the same target language in that book so I hope it helps you too :)

Here is an activity for the Sounds and Letters section where students have to guess letters s or d. When students see slide I make the sound of the letter and the students guess what letter. Students then say the letter, the sound, and the word. Here is also a board game and pass the ball game modified from Waygook.

Intro PPT for Period 1. It introduces the new vocabulary and shows the similarity in structure to the "Do you like...?" phrases. (The responses for both are "Yes, I do" and "No, I don't.") For the slide with a microphone, I went around the room and asked students "Do you have a...?" using a toy microphone. At the end, there's a What's Missing? game.

This is a game i'm going to play with my 3rd graders using school supply flashcards - pictures and words.
Print the cards and cut them up, and then mix them up so that the picture and word are separated. I will then distribute the cards randomly to the students (i have a very small class, but it would work with duplicates too). The students must then find the counterpart to their card, by mingling and asking, 'Do you have a....' - if the student does have the card, they say, 'Yes, i have a ....' but 'No, sorry, i dont.' if they dont have it. Before the students ask the question they should play 'rock, paper, scissors' to pick who asks first. If the student does have the flashcard they're looking for, and asks first, the student gets to keep it. The student with the most pairs of cards at the end is the winner!

I made a slightly modified version of this game. Instead of matching the words with the pictures, both cards have a picture and a word. I also used vocabulary from previous chapters (e.g. doll, hamster, book, tomato).

Baskin Robbins game for Period 3. Make small groups of 3-4 and do rocks, paper, scissors. Each student reads 1, 2, or 3 words starting at 1 and continuing towards 31. The student who has to read 31 is out. Play until 1 student remains.

OR

You can have the student who's supposed to be out just have -1 and continue to play. The student with the most points is the winner. That way, every student plays for the entire time.

Each student will have a half sheet of slide 1. I will show slide 2 for their reference and they write each vocab word three times anywhere on the paper. Once all of the students are finished, I will go through the slides as students say an "I have a..." sentence that the picture indicates. Students will cross out the square if they have that sentence. First student to cross out all of their squares wins.

Listening game for period 1. Print out slide 2 for each set of partners. Students ask you together "What do you have?" and teacher responds, "I have a _____." The first partner picks one square with that object to color their color. Then all students ask again and the other partner colors a square with that next object their color. Play continues until you decide so and the student with the most OMOKs (5 in a row lines) wins.

My younger students love to run around and look for stuff (don't they all?!) so I made this puzzle-solving game. Print slides 1-3. Copy slide 1 and give it as a handout to the students. Cut up slides 2/3, and tape them to hard-to-see places around the classroom before the students arrive. It's better to use the wide, super sticky stuff if you can, cos students usually get excited and want to rip some of the papers down for themselves.

Note: the boxes on the right are for the students to draw pictures (optional, of course).

Period 1 and 3:

Period 1 - Learn new vocab/phrases, look and listen video, check video comprehension, Listen and Repeat and finally a game. This lesson's game is Go Fish, explained in the PPT using pictures, simple phrases and the characters from the book.

Period 3:
Textbook.
Then writing practice: the book exercises and then worksheets (from the Teacher's Resources CD that comes with the textbook).
Finally, a game (I usually tell them when they finish they can play the game, otherwise they couldn't care less about writing during the period, plus the empty chatter can be avoided once some students have finished... because they'll be playing the game! The game this lesson is Omok. ^^

Nice telepathy game! I edited it a bit to add punctuation marks for the sentences and I also changed some slides to have more words than sentences (to make it a bit easier)

I did a chanting guessing game with my students for this lesson. It was inspired by the "Who Took the Cookie" nursery rhyme but super simplified. You need the scissors, pencil, crayon, eraser, ruler, and paintbrush cards from the book. After teaching students the chant, pass one card to each student. Tell them to keep their card a secret. Together, we will find the school supplies we are chanting about. For example, you can start with pencil:

Class: "Who has a pencil?"
           "Sumin has a pencil."
Sumin: "Who, me?"
Class: "Yes, you!"
*If Sumin has a pencil card, he says: "Yes, I do. I have a pencil." Now that the class found  a pencil, move on to paintbrush.
*If Sumin doesn't have a pencil card, he says: "No I don't. I don't have a pencil."
Class: "Then who?"
Sumin: "Jimin has a pencil."
Class: "Who has a pencil?"
           "Jimin has a pencil."
At this point, Jimin will now answer according to whether or not she has a pencil card.

If your students are at a higher level, you can change the chant to "Who took a _____ from the teacher's bag." This was my original idea but I realized early on it would be too difficult for my third graders.

One problem I ran in to was fitting "eraser" into the rhythm. That extra syllable, man.

Ppts from this lesson: 1) Listening and 4) Phonics and Review.

Listening Lesson includes on-screen questions to accompany the video, plus a Pass The Ball game.

Phonics and Review include method of teaching /s/ and /z/ using the sounds snakes and bees make (these sounds are the same in both English and Korean, useful as there is no /z/ otherwise); plus game is a Guess The Card game:

1. Students take word cards from page 193.
2. They walk around the room to music. When the music stops, students pair up. Both students hold one card out. S1 says “Do you have ___?” choosing one of the six options. S2 answers “Yes, I do” (and gives the card to S1, +1 point for S1) OR “No, I don’t. I have _____.” and keeps card. Then they swap roles: S1 becomes S2 and vice versa.
