I found this site useful in planning camp games. It is not an esl site so you might have to alter the games a bit to include more esl, but there are some fun games.

Thank you for sharing this website! In my classroom, the tables are arranged in group seating so I'm forced to do group games. This will give me lots of ideas, thank you!!!

I used some of these games from the site below if anyone also wants to take a look.
They too are not ESL targeted games but with alot of actions your kids will figure it out along the way..

Thanks for the site.  Though I do think some of the middle school aimed worksheets would be a little too advanced for my kids.
