4 corners game. Each round has a slide with music on that I took from another users version, makes it much more fun. The corners change each time.

Period 2 game
This worked well with my students this year (January 2021).
It was also easy to prepare.  I also did my drawings while I was counting down - and they were not good pictures but that is all part of the fun.


Weather Dice game
How’s the weather?  It’s sunny, raining, cloudy, snowing hot, cold.
[Let’s play outside/Let’s go outside/Let’s make a snowman/Let’s play inside (new).

Draw and spin
1)   Give each student a recycled(scrap) A4 paper.
2)   Students fold the paper in half and in half again (to make 4 sections)
3)   Students choose one ‘weather’ and draw it quickly in the first square while the teacher counts down from 5 (or play the song/one verse of the song).
4)   Ask the teacher, ‘How’s the weather?’ 
5)   The teacher spins a spinner to show the weather. [Or use a big dice with weather cards in it]
6)   Students say ‘It’s ….  Let’s play outside/inside.
7)   Teacher says ‘Okay’
   Students who drew that picture can get 1 point.
[OR 2 points for the first throw of the dice, then throw the dice again and repeat 6&7 and students with this picture get 1 point]
9)   Repeat from step 3 with the second 'square'/picture.  Students must choose a different ‘weather’ to draw each time.

If time – You can play bingo using the 4 pictures they drew.
