Subscription Issues

I recently paid to reup my subscription on the site and the money came out of my bank on the fifth. However my account still says pending and I am not able to access any of the materials on the site. I'm not sure who to contact so if someone could give me some help that'd be great.

I have exactly the same issue! The money came out of my account but on the website it says Payment pending. That message shows since November! Any moderators who can help?!?

i just tried a few times to process a subscription and it just goes back to the credit card details page. it doesnt say card declined or payment accepted.

My subscription shows as finished. I paid the renewal fee yesterday. I have a receipt at my gmail.

It seems that it got fixed, since it's showing as active now.

But, the system is still trying to make a recurring payment. The previous year, I had marked it as recurring apparently. And it's continuing to try to make that automated one.

That's really strange.
I'll ask about it.

It might be worth blocking any possible future automated transaction from the other end (ie your paypal)

Is there another way to subscribe without paying through PayPal?
Preferably a Korean bank account?
