Definition of full vaccinated might include boosters.

Well, I mean, it makes sense.
When people ask if you've been vaccinated against the Influenza A virus, they're usually referring to boosters. Various strains mutate slightly every year, requiring a slightly altered vaccine to effectively provide antigens for the current flu strain.
Covid, while mutating at a slightly slower rate than the flu, will probably end up being similar, requiring vulnerable demographics to take booster shots every year or 2 to deal with the new variants. 

Like the influenza booster shots, I seriously doubt that the covid ones will be mandatory except for very specific work-related cases.
This is after we return to "normal", of course. They'll probably be mandatory for travel etc for the short term.

Neither have I. Probably because we haven't worked at jobs that required it.
Usually those jobs that require it are things like ICU nurses, retirement home workers etc.

They have no effect anyways, but I never catch a cold anyways.  Allergies perhaps sometimes, but no real cold.

I ate a bit of kimchi once, and I didn't get stomach cancer. Nothing can kill me! I am immortal!  Ah-hahahahahahahahahha!

Re: the booster shot

Antibodies can be measured.

Since large populations are vaccinated, we can measure how much protection wanes over time.

UAE is requiring a 3rd shot of after 6 months for people who got Sinovax. This is based on data that we didn’t have a year ago. Other countries are making similar recommendations (or requirements depending on local politics) as the data comes in.

I get a tetanus booster every ten years.

My dogs get a rabies shot every 1-3 years depending on the formulation and local laws.

This isn’t new!

The flu shot is a little different. It is formulated based on a “best guess” about which strains will be the biggest threat. This makes it less effective some years.

Healthy people never get sick.

By definition?

If they get sick they are reclassified to “unhealthy”.

Honor Black athletes
If you watched the Georgia-Tennessee game on Nov. 13, in one of the commercial breaks, they highlighted large bronze statues of the first Black football players at the University of Tennessee and the first Black athlete in the Southeastern Conference. These statues are positioned around Neyland Stadium on UT's campus. I was pleasantly surprised to learn of the honors given to these trailblazing athletes.

After viewing and listening about these pioneers, I reflected on our own flagship university. Many questions came to my mind. Being a person of color myself, I asked myself, have there been Black athletes at UF worthy of a statue? Sure, of course — L. George, D. Gaffney, W. Jackson, E. Smith ... then why not UF (Pride of the Sunshine)?

Is this the gigantic elephant in the room or does this fall under the umbrella of "critical race theory?"

Encouraged to harass
The writer of a Nov. 15 letter, “New low” is upset that state Sen. Tina Polsky, who has breast cancer, is receiving death threats because she asked Florida’s surgeon general to wear a mask in a meeting and rightfully so. The question was posed, “What have we come to?”

Let me say it loud and be very clear: This is America's present and future! It’s happening all over the country. If Donald Trump/Ron DeSantis Republicans take over local school boards, on up to the House and Senate in Congress and the White House, we will see this on an even grander scale. These people are emboldened with urging from far-right radio and talk show platforms as well as Fox News. They’ve even taken marching orders from Steve Bannon.

They have been encouraged by others to harass by phone and in person and intimidate anyone who has not drunk the Kool-Aid of Trumpism. America’s democratic republic hangs by a thread.

No exceptions
A Nov. 15 letter, “Apply to all,” is right. Whether you work or receive public assistance, COVID vaccinations should be mandatory. There should be no exceptions, absent a legitimate medical reason. This ain’t some flu or a seasonal cold. It’s a deadly killer that is easily transmitted and mutates, if ignored.

We have mandatory vaccination requirements for children, that have virtually eradicated diseases like polio, measles, mumps, rubella, Hep B, diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis. So, what’s the fuss?

If we adopt a public policy of “your body, your choice,” we risk death and lasting illness for millions. If we choose mandatory vaccinations, we virtually assure a return to normalcy, save billions and provide for the health, safety and welfare of everyone. Do you need time to think about it?

Dead can’t get benefits
A Nov. 15 letter asked said if Americans are going to lose other benefits if they’re not vaccinated. The short answer: Just ask the 750,000 American people who perished during this pandemic (over 90% not vaccinated). Yes, you lose your welfare, food stamps, jobs — because you are dead.

People say they don’t want foreign medicine in their bodies, but they smoke, drink and ingest other things daily without a second thought.

I’ve traveled overseas for years and got many inoculations and/or shots for safe travel. Why aren’t politicians working for Americans, not just their parties? If you don’t get vaccinated, I will say a short prayer at your cemetery ceremony."

Cold maybe, but to the point.
