I can't believe I found this. I thought the games I made years ago were lost forever. I made Ghostbusters, some scary game, as well as the Pirate game. Where on Earth did you find them? Many thanks for keeping them alive.

Thank you RufusW.
Thank you FRANPAN for the adjectives idea for the Hidden Picture Game.

Here is my amateur how-to video for sending the images over the purple boxes to the back for the "Chase that Vocab!" PPT Game.
Right-click on the slide you're adding images to over the purple boxes, and choose the "reorder overlapping objects" option (not sure if it's the same option in Windows).
Then move the slides with the images on them to the back of all the other slides, but make sure these slides with images on them are all behind the yellow background slide (I didn't move my slides behind the yellow background in my video).

For "how to send to back" for amending "The Hidden Picture Game" in PPT, the following helpful YouTube video shows how.

Or watch my other amateur how-to-video.

No, I don't believe it. The real Rick Teacher?! The original and best? Nope, can't be true. I believe I got the templates from this website, I think I credited you accordingly.... started the trend dude... years ago...

Super cool stuff! Thanks for sharing.

It'd be cool and much easier to download if they were all in one .zip file though.

The Lucky Wheel Game doesn't seem to work. The wheel won't spin, maybe its an issue of different versions, since I can't even find the group 6 mentioned in the instructions.

Did you get it to work?
I seem to have the same issue and can't figure out what's wrong.

At this point, the power point "building happy society" is really helpful when it comes to igniting my student's interest to speak up.

Before using any templates for PowerPoint I can recommend you to read this article http://www.kiwibox.com/Andrewdominik/blog/entry/135749303/important-things-to-learn-for-your-powerpoint-presentatio/?pPage=0 this is very important, because there are a lot of useful information about how to make it quality and save your time.

It's certainly me. I made these games when I was working at an elementary school in Korea. I can't get over how many times games like Ghostbusters has been downloaded. I shared them on some website community for Korean school teachers ... never thought they'd still be used after almost 10 years.

Love the Mario game, just started using it in my new school, but when I get to a screen with a bomb/shell/star (after they choose one of the three boxes), it goes back to then main screen and resets all the squares instead of hiding the letters/numbers that have already been picked. I think it's powerpoint 2010, does anyone know why this might be happening? Thanks!

Yep!
It's probably because you are using a newer version of ppt, and the scripting is slightly different.

Whatever the reason, I fixed it by changing the slide layout just a touch. Works A-ok now. Enjoy!

Here's the fixed version (you'll need to delete the slide pictures, questions and answers and replace them with your own.

I've been using Pass the Pencil Case as a review for final exams. My students have loved it! Instead of the class passing one item around, I've divided the class into 2 teams. Each team has an item to pass and when the music stops, the person on each team holding the item races to the board to write the answer. The first correct answer gets a point for their team. The other teammates can't leave their seat but can yell the answer to help (that way lower level students have a chance). It gets really loud, but the kids have a blast and it's pretty funny to watch them.
