Jason Ryan, a teacher and writer in Gangwon province, has put together an interesting series of posts related to teaching in South Korea. The material comes from an orientation guide he prepared several years ago. There're a nice overview, and even for those already here and I found the ones about finding materials and teaching these "voluntary" *cough* after-school classes especially helpful.
