To comma or not to comma:"He has short curly hair and big blue eyes."It feels wrong to me that there's no commas in this sentence (i.e. "He has short, curly hair and big, blue eyes.").Maybe this question is for the Americans, since I'm not one, but this book teaches American English.
We don't put a comma where there is "and."
