Here is my powerpoint for Grade 2 Lesson 4. This lesson covers both of the 'speak out' dialogues. My focus for the first dialogue is future tense with a particular focus on will / going to. My focus for the second dialogue is asking politely, so I changed the dialogue to include please, sorry, and thank you.

Edit: Tiny typo on slide 5 question 3. Please change accordingly.
Edit2: Added my lesson plan.

Grade 3, Lesson 4...
"Are you following me?"

How about a lesson on stalkers?

Here is my powerpoint for Grade 3 Lesson 4. This lesson covers both 'speak out' dialogues. I start the lesson off with the diet coke + mentos experiments because of the 'Magic Science Tricks' theme for this lesson. Also, I mention the idiom 'can you give me a hand.'

P.S. There are a lot of pictures of me in here, so please edit this lesson before you use it!!!

Edit: added my lesson plan

I have Middle School one day a week and the lessons I have for tomorrow will likely all have about 10-20 minutes leftover at the end of them, so these are perfect! Also my CT asked me to do some review games. Thanks Heaps!

Grade 1 Midterm Review PPT (Chapters 1-3)
« Reply #168 on: April 27, 2011, 11:57:49 am »
Thank you JessicaTeacher for the PPTs.

I created a brief review PPT for the materials I covered in Lessons 1-3 for first grade using the Mario Game PPT that JessicaTeacher posted. I changed all of the questions to my materials in case any of you have been using my PPTS.

I will post the 2nd grade Review PPT soon as well.

And don't forget, you can find all materials that I make and use through my website http://www.cocoinkorea.com > Teacher Materials.

Happy Teaching!

no worries, I asked the mods to merge this with the other thread. As for how to post, you just need to click on Additional Options. When click Additional Options another window will open with an attach option!

I just realized today that the cd has a stick in the photo on page 82 (lesson 4 workbook Listen in) and the workbook does not..... This seems to be the case with many of the photos on the cd. Another problem I have seen is that in my Level 2 book the answers are in Korean, with no option to change the answer to English.

Great lessons, they were a fantastic help, however on the grade 2 lesson it asks what "gochu" tastes like... it is slang for penis... It was a rather hilarious mishap

Grade 1 Lesson 4 "Welcome to my Dol Party"

This was my open class for last year so the PPT is fairly fancy

The PPT explains how to do the Invitation Activity at the end. The 5 different worksheets are to be handed out randomly amongst the students so they all have different open slots in their calenders to make the activity more fun and interesting. It's a tad bit complicated but the students enjoyed it once they understood what to do.
